Chatswood Edit
About us
A closer look at Chatswood — the places, people and changes that shape local life.
An independent local publication
Chatswood Edit covers Chatswood and its neighbourhoods. We help readers find useful places, make plans locally and understand what is changing around them.
That might mean finding a restaurant for a group meal, exploring somewhere nearby or understanding what a proposed development would change.
We take our own photographs to document Chatswood’s places and how they change.
What we cover
Places & things to do
Guides and practical information about food, shopping, services and local activities.
Food & Drink →Things to Do →Local Updates
Development, property, infrastructure and business changes, with context about what they mean locally.
Local Updates →How we run it
The aim is to get you to the answer quickly, with no noise, no clutter and nothing designed to hold your attention for its own sake.
Original photography, taken on the ground. We photograph Chatswood ourselves, as it looks on an ordinary day, with the queues, construction hoardings and crowded footpaths left in.
