About Chatswood Oval
Chatswood Oval is a cricket and rugby ground beside Chatswood Park, with a traditional grandstand for watching local club sport.
Gordon District Cricket Club uses the ground for first- and second-grade matches and training, while Gordon Rugby plays its home fixtures here. A turf cricket wicket, four practice wickets and floodlighting support that sporting use. Check the clubs’ fixture lists before planning a match visit; the playing surface is also subject to council’s wet-weather closures.
