Hashi Sushi is a Japanese sushi restaurant in District Dining at Chatswood Interchange, with open rolls, nigiri and sashimi.

Open rolls are a particular feature: folded nori holds rice and fish toppings in a shape eaten like a taco. The seafood selection includes bluefin tuna and sea urchin. Booth seating runs beside the sushi train, where individual plates let you assemble a meal from different preparations. The restaurant also offers takeaway and a children’s menu.
