Little Hunan serves Hunan-style Chinese cooking at Chatswood Interchange, with chilli-led stir-fries, preserved meats and dishes for sharing over rice.

Smoked and pickled ingredients feature throughout the menu. Smoked bamboo shoots are stir-fried with preserved pork, while the pounded Three Treasures combines eggplant, century egg and chilli.
