About Lode Pies & Pastries
Lode Pies & Pastries brings savoury pies, filled croissants and coffee to a bakery counter at Chatswood Chase.
French butter and a three-day laminating, proving and baking process sit behind the croissants, part of a pastry operation led by LuMi chef Federico Zanellato. The bakes are produced at the Rozelle bakery, which supplies the Chatswood counter. Sourdough is also available daily here, alongside the sweet and savoury pastries. The curved pink-and-white kiosk has seating beside the counter.
