Haidilao serves Chinese hotpot on level six of Westfield Chatswood, with diners cooking their chosen ingredients in broth at the table.

Soup bases range from spicy broths to a seven-fungi option, with meat, seafood, tofu and vegetables ordered separately for the pot. At the condiment bar, each diner can mix their own dipping sauce. The performance noodles are stretched and twirled beside the table before going into the broth, while Sichuan opera face-changing adds another kind of theatre to the dining room. The branch also lists complimentary nail art and photo printing among its services.
