Manon Tea Room opened at Chatswood Chase in May 2026 as both a tea room and a tea retailer. It serves breakfast, lunch and high tea seven days. High tea comes as a Traditional set of sweet and savoury pastries, finger sandwiches and scones, a Sparkling version with Australian sparkling wine, and a Champagne version with Taittinger NV. A Children's Afternoon Tea is also available.

The loose-leaf teas are sourced from India, China, Sri Lanka and South America, and blends such as a cherry black tea and a bergamot blend are also sold to take home. A curated wine list and seasonal high teas, tastings and collaborations round out the offer.
