Tea Journal is a Chinese tea house and cake café at Chatswood Interchange.

The loose-leaf selection spans more than 30 varieties, including white, green, oolong and pu’er teas, with leaves sourced from growers in China’s Yunnan province. Tea carries through to the housemade chiffon cakes, baked daily in flavours such as black tea with rose and pistachio. Tea lattes and freshly brewed iced teas provide alternatives to a pot of loose-leaf tea.
