About Fabbrica Pasta Bar
Fresh, in-house pasta in a modern Italian style, and Fabbrica's first pasta bar on the North Shore.
Fabbrica is a pasta shop and bar from Love Tilly Group. The name is Italian for "factory", a nod to the pasta extruder at the centre of the concept, which shapes traditional Italian pasta on site. The brand began in 2020 as a pasta-pack delivery service and now runs venues in the CBD, Darlinghurst, Newtown and Chatswood.
The menu takes a modern approach to Italian classics, with spaghetti cacio e pepe, mafaldine with prawn and 'nduja, ricotta-filled zucchini flowers with hot honey, and a hazelnut tiramisu. Gluten-free pasta options are available.
