The approved parking provision centres on shared transport, with a single car-share space for residents. An entrance to Chatswood Interchange is approximately 50 metres from the site.
Novus’s announced resident facilities include a pool, gym, sauna, outdoor terraces and a pet park, alongside co-working space, lounges and private dining areas. Retail space is planned on the ground and first floors, with access from Victoria Avenue and Victor Street.

The redevelopment covers a 1,050 sqm block with frontages to Victoria Avenue, Victor Street and Post Office Lane. Planning documents identify two-storey retail and commercial buildings for demolition, including shopfronts facing the mall and Victor Street. The site contains no listed heritage item.
Willoughby City Council opposed the application, raising concerns about the building’s scale and setbacks, view loss, servicing and construction effects on Chatswood Mall Markets.
The Commission approved the project with conditions requiring changes to the loading-dock entrance, public-domain works and construction arrangements that maintain pedestrian safety and vehicle access to the markets. Delivery vehicles must be accommodated within the site without blocking the footpath.
